  I'm a PhD fellow at Roskilde University. My research area is organisational implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the health care sector. I look at how we can improve the implementation and use of ICT in the health care sector for the benefit of both the users (physicians and nurses) and for the health care organisation in general. Hopefully this will in the end also benefit the patients.
I see implementation not just as a technical implementation but more as a organisational change process of the whole work system however ICT comprise an important part of this work system

Jeg er Phd studerende på Roskilde universitet og arbejder med implementering af IT i sundhedssektoren. Jeg ser implementering, ikke blot som en teknisk installation, men som en forandringsproces der understøttes af IT. I forbindelse med forandring og implementering forsker jeg også i hvordan effekter, effektmålinger, effektevalueringer kan bruges i de sammenhænge. Jeg har en blog (ehealth.smartlog.dk) hvor jeg skriver om løst og fast i forbindelse med IT i sundhedssektoren.
